Chattanooga’s own self-taught artist, Jim Jordan, paints complex technical compositions covering a wide range of historical subjects.
His detailed renderings of steam, electrics, and diesel trains, old depots, fire engines and service stations display his pursuit of historical accuracy and nostalgia. The use of Coca-Cola and Harley-Davidson memorabilia lends extra flavor to several of his works. Future works will include a series of Harley Davidson and Corvette pieces.
His originals are privately and corporately owned in various states.
Mr. Jordan’s pieces all come reasonably priced, personally signed, and with a historically researched literature insert.
